Roger Stone Sentenced to Over 3 Years

Roger Stone
Former Aide to the President faces punishment for obstruction of Congress

The Justice Department handed down their verdict on the sentencing of Roger Stone, the former advisor to President Trump. Mr. Stone was found guilty of obstruction of Congress through witness tampering and lying to investigators. As a result, he was sentenced to over three years in prison.

When asked if he would provide a pardon to Mr. Stone the President said, “I want the process to play out. I think that’s the best thing to do because I would love to see Roger exonerated. I’m going to watch the process. I’m going to watch very closely. … At some point, I’ll make a determination.” President Trump also indicated that he believed the charges were fabricated.

As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…

  • For President Trump to have wisdom on how best to use his pardoning powers.
  • For the Justice Department to be used by God to bring about a more lawful society.
  • For AG Barr to be given strength from above.
